Badgir collection - 3D designed jewelry inspired by Persian windcatcher architecture
3D design of Badgir ring featuring windcatcher tower architecture from Yazd, Iran

A little into my journey as a jewelry designer, I started exploring digital tools that helped imagination take shape as 3D objects, long before AI entered our everyday lives, of course!

I practiced with Matrix to bring to life my desire to wear architecture!

3D Designs,

BADGIR

Through designing the Badgir ring, I sought to recreate the structure of a particular windcatcher tower in Yazd, Iran. I made the Badgir wearable, adding two blue topazes to echo one of the most iconic colors in Persian architecture and to convey the fluid, flowing sensation of the wind.

3D Designs,

THE DOME

The blue topazes encircling the ring represent the small windows around the dome, allowing sunlight to pour into its radiant interior.
